Professional contract presentation

I have used these pocket folders and the same folders with the 3 metal tab paper tabs. I print company name and logo sticker labels and put it on the front. The business card holder is a nice touch to continue the branding of your company. The pockets are great to hold 2 copies of contracts when the customer signs. The empty pocket once you take your company copy allows a place for the customer to put info sheet or payment invoices. I find that as we do the job the customer has no problem finding my contract over other sub-contractors. It stands out and makes things convient.

Portfolio folders

I love these simple items. The folder has pockets and a slot for a business card. I was able to set up my workshop with the items needed for each attendee and extras for them to take home and continue the work. The price was very reasonable making it worth getting them and setting them up with out breaking the bank. They look entirely professional. Just the impression I wanted to project to my students. I like the fact that it's paper but heavy enough to withstand the addition of the supplies. The colors are available to suit the needs of anyone. I preferred the white and the black myself.

Very good quality. Have the different color options. The only problme is that it is a little expensive. After all they are made of paper.

I use hundreds of these every year. I have never once gotten one that wasn't 100% perfect. These are sturdy. I will continue to buy them.
