These folders are fantastic for anyone in business who needs to deliver documents to clients. They are very professional looking have a spot for your to include your business card and are very durable. I am a travel agent who uses them for clients who are going on vacation to keep all their paperwork together. They can easily be customized for your business on the outside by adding an attractive label. This is a purchase that I will continue to make. Thank you Staples for having such a wonderful product at such a great price.

2-pocket Folder-Dark Blue

The dark blue folder allows me to give handouts and information to my clients when I meet them in person. I print the company logo and contact information on white labels then stick them to the folder so I can make a professional and attractive presentation to my buyers in my company colors of blue and white. The buyers can take the folder home with them keeping all the information I have provided together and organized when they want to see the documents they have signed or read handouts in the quite of their own home.

While I thought the folders would have been a little thicker better quality they do serve there purpose. I use four different colors for a monthly filing system rather than manilla folders. My files travel with me back and forth to meetings etc. and I find they transport better in a closed pocket folder and the catgorized colors are easy recognize and grab. I would prefer they be wider in capacity and thicker in material for now they work. We also use them for event planning and lectures where they are perfect!

Professional looking folders for client reports. They give a favorable impression to client with a personal touch to detail with the insertion of the business card. These folders are an identical match to my signature tax return folders.
