I've used this product for about 20 years and I'm very pleased with it. With the two pockets it gives me a slot for my transmittal letter on one side and copies of income tax returns for my clients. It is large enough to hold thick returns and still not appear to be stuffed. The folder is made of good stock so that it doesn't get wrinkled in the mail. My clients find it great for filing their copies of returns so that they don't get misfiled. The teal color is very pleasing to the eye and gives my completed returns a very professional appearance.

The folders are used almost daily durability and functionality very satisfied with the price and quality. They are perfect for school and work projects. double sided pockets allow for secure storage that is easily available.

Great for a small business owners needs

I am a wedding planning and I own a small business. I want my clients to leave with the confidence that a large company is handling their event. These folders are a great addition to my process. After my client signs their contract it is placed in this folder along with my business card and the marketing materials of my vendors.

I purchased 80 of the Staples brand 2-pocket folders to hold give-a-ways for a Heart Month event. The folders worked prefectly and the attendants were happy to have something to hold their materials instead of been given a lot of loose information and marketing materials. It was simple to personalize the covers of the folders and they were economical. I certainly intend to purchase more of the folders for upcoming workshops in the near future. Excellent quality reasonable price!

I was satisfied with the folders. I usually spend a little more to buy the glossy folders these are more of a matte. I use them for clients documents and send them home with it. I can tell its not as good a quality as the glossy ones. However it does seem durable and still has a spot for my business card. I am wondering if it leaks though and leaves color on the paperwork inside. I will have to test myself. Just make sure you have clean dry hands when handling the folders. I had just put lotion on and ended up leaving what looked like grease marks all over. Very unprofessional.
