Paper is ok packaging is awful

Each individual package of paper was torn. Some to the point it was pointless to even have the packages individually wrapped. I understand you get what you paid for but honestly it's Staples' name brand so if they claim it you would think they would do a better job. I don't have any problem with the paper just the packaging was awful.

Staples Copy Paper

We have used Staples Multiuse Copy Paper 8 1/2" x 11" 8 - ream case for a very long time. This paper works really well for our company use and the paper is a lot cheaper than other brands of paper we have used in the past. I have very few paper jams with this paper. In the past with other brands I would have many jams. We use this paper for all our company needs from contracts etc. We will continue using this paper and purchasing in the 8 - ream case. I also like that Staples usually have a sale on this paper and in this economy......all saving help!!!!

Order arrived the next day which was most helpful as I run a small tutoring business and needed the paper and the ink. The price of the 8 ream case was on sale and was a great value. I would not hesitate to order from staples on line in the future. I am a very satisfied customer. If I had driven to a store to purchase these items I would not have been able to use them until the next day. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. The price for the paper and the ink were very reasonable. Thank you for the great service.
