First problem with getting items by mail.

I really have appreciated getting the items I need from Staples through the mail. For the first time I was surprised that the red packages of paper each were ripped like they had been packed carelessly or dropped. The seams were each ripped at the seams. I don't need this or want this printed just want you to be aware that I was surprised and not happy.
