The exterior box was in bad condition and had tears in it. When I pulled out each packet of paper within the box most of the individual packaging was partially torn and some of the paper was bent on the edges. It appears the box had been subjected to some very rough handling for the condition of the inside packets to have been so affected. I hope it does not cause paper jams in my printer.
