I love Staples brand paper. The quality is great compared to other brands sold at Staples and Staples offers wonderful sales for this product. We do a lot of printing and copying and this paper has not caused us any issues.

Paper that perfoms

The company that I work for has been buying this paper from Staples for 10+ years. It is used in mainly HP printers and a Kyocera copy machine. In all these years the paper performs perfectly. It never jams or double feeds. We have used other papers that were on sale from both staples and other companies. The performed okay again without jams or double feeding but they often felt cheaper in quality. The only reason I rated this as a four star instead of five is two-fold. First the boxes always come in really bad shape. They are barely holding the paper in the box sometimes. The other is that the wrapping on the paper itself does not allow for easy opening which sometimes makes it hard to keep the ream neat while refilling a printer or copier.

This is a good paper at a good price when it is on special (half-off). Seems like in this "digital age" we are using more paper than ever?

Purchased case thinking it was a 10 ream case only to receive 8 ream case. Had to really look hard at description to realize it was only 8 reams. Felt ripped off just saying a little deceptive when advertised as a great deal.

Staples Copy Paper is a great product it is bright white and looks clean after printing on it. Staples employees and online services are very helpful and have always been knowledgable about products I am looking for. I feel they value my business and treat me very kindly. I buy all my office supply needs at Staples and an always happy to do business with them. I also bought a shredder from them and it is also an excellent product. Thanks Staples for carrying products I use frequently.

I have been using Staples paper the last couple of times when I ran out. I have been very pleased with the price and the quality. They are fast at shipping also. It is nice to have it arrive right at your door so you don't have to lift it from a shopping cart and get it in your car then try to get it into your office.
