Making filing easy

I received a promotion recently and the first thing on my "to do" list was to reorganize my files. The main files were so old that the labels were falling off of the plain manila file folders. When I found the Extra Large file folder labels in colors...I knew that I found the answer to my problem! Having a "color category" made locating files faster. These extra large labels allowed me to make important information available right on the label without removing the file from the drawer. Locating the right file is a snap now! My boss was amazed at how much easier this method made locating information and had me help reorganize his files also. No more digging around in file drawers and wasting valuable time!

I really like these labels and use them quite often. The only problem I have is that when I need to stick a new label on an old one, the new one does not stick very well and some have even come off.

I have been using these file folder labels for a few years. At one time they were going to be discontinued. I bought another brand and returned them. Avery sheet lets you use part of it and stays in contact to run more labels from the sheet several times...no waste. They are a great size; print out with no problem. Please keep them in stock!!!!

Perfect for reusing folders

When we moved our offices, I redid my entire file system. I had only been working here a few months, so I was basically changing everything about the way my predecessor had set up the filing system. These labels allowed me to organize the files based on colors, but the best features about these labels are the extra large size and the TrueBlock technology that allows reuse of folders with no one any the wiser. The folders stay looking good because you can't see the labels underneath. And I did a cost comparison, and these came out on top.

This is a great product and just what we needed for our files. The templates and software available have also been a big help to us. If we have to "tweak" it, we are able to do that too. The colors allow us to categorize our files, the extra large size allows for the additional information needed, and the ease of use is wonderful! Thanks, Avery, for again anticipating our needs.

AWESOME labels for color coding! I work in 4 deparments in my company so these labels have been perfect to seperate all my files. When I have a stack on my desk, it only takes a few seconds to group the colors together and throw back in my files. The TruBlock Technology does EXACTLY as it claims...it even hides bold, black marker! I will certainly purchase these labels again! I wish the smaller 1/3 cut, color coded labels had the same purple in them so my sub file folders could match my hanging files!

Great file folder labels

The 5026 labels are great for file folders because they are large enough to hold more information without opening the folder. For example they can be used to label jobs including the customer, the job number, the address and a brief note about the job. Being color coded they can be used to differentiate one month from the other. Overall they are highly usefull and make filing that much better.
