[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past I've tried my best to avoid using mechanical pencils because I always expected the lead to break every couple of seconds (I guess I write too hard/fast). However, I gave these a shot and was pleased to see that the lead is stronger when writing. I also appreciate the soft grip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed by how nice this pencil is, it writes very smoothly, and the leads are in fact very strong which is huge because I'm a very hard writer. I definitely plan to continue using and highly recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received BIC Break-Resistant Mechanical Pencil from sample source.com as a sample. After trying this pencil I feel in love with it and so did my kids. We no longer have problems with the lead breaking while writing and it writes so smoothly. I expected the writing to be lighter than other mechanical pencils we use but that's not the case. I also like that it has a rather large eraser that lasts through a lot of erasing. Over all I will be purchasing these for my kids schooling from now on and for around the house. No more broken lead for us.. Love these mechanical pencils..
