[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually shy away from mechanical pencils and prefer the hardiness of a wooden pencil, but I will have to rethink that now that bic offers a stronger lead mechanical pencil option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters fought over this pencil. They both found it to be amazing. I don't like erasing with it because it spins when I erase, but they don't care. They think it's cooler than the other mechanical pencils we have for some reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I straddle two lanes when it comes to pencils: Dixon Ticonderoga #2 OR BIC mechanicals. The biggest complaint with any pencil is broken lead, but no traditional pencil can reliably produce as consistent a stroke as a mechanical. Solve the brittle lead, and we can save a whole lot of trees.
