[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received BIC Break-Resistant Mechanical Pencils from Sample Source to try out. These pencils work well. They write very smooth. They are not like the old school lead pencils, where if you pushed down a bit too hard the lead would snap. The lead in these last sooo much longer! I was very surprised! I gave it to my 14 year old son, who is very hard on lead pencils and he was not constantly asking for new lead. These are the pencils that I will buy this school year! They will save me money in lead! Thank you Sample Source and BIC for allowing me to try these pencils! I most definitely recommend them, especially for teens in school!
