[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was very skeptical about the claims of the BIC Break Resistant Mechanical Pencil, until I used it. When using normal mechanical pencils, I always press too hard while writing and break the lead. With this pencil, I can press as hard as I need and it won’t break. I’m not saying it won’t break at all, I just applied the normal amount of pressure I normally would on a mechanical pencil. I was pleasantly surprised with the toughness of the lead inside the pencil and I’ll definitely buy these for my son this coming school hear.
