[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally the issues with mechanical pencils is the fact that after a lot of use the lead shrinks and the scratching on the paper is like nails on a chalkboard to me . I did not experience that with this .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mechanical pencil quality varies widely so I was so excited to find such a great one. It didn’t break constantly, the eraser is great and it feels like it’s going to last me a long time with the extra refills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic makes a great product and its no different with this automatic pencil. The pencil wrote well without the lead breaking too easily. I have limited need for a pencil at this stage of my life but will give this one to my grandkids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the BIC Break-Resistant mechanical pencil and it worked great. The barrel is a bit bigger than other mechanical pencils and had a great grip. The lead was smooth and worked good for taking notes and making lists. Its did not break when I started writing fast. These would be great for school too.
