[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic makes a great product and its no different with this automatic pencil. The pencil wrote well without the lead breaking too easily. I have limited need for a pencil at this stage of my life but will give this one to my grandkids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally the issues with mechanical pencils is the fact that after a lot of use the lead shrinks and the scratching on the paper is like nails on a chalkboard to me . I did not experience that with this .
