[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have kept mechanical pencils in my purse and on my bedside table for years. I can't always depend on an ink pen, but pencils? They work every time. The problem is that often the leads would keep breaking and I would run out of lead when I needed it most. That hasn't happened once with these pencils! They write smoothly and with plenty of intensity to see (and preserve) what you need to write down. They look good, and for anyone with any kind of arthritis in their hands (like me), you need not have to use a death grip that hurts to get them to write and wrote quickly. This may be the pencil I buy for the rest of my life!
