I buy these for my kids who are in marching band. I put an extra piece of cardboard or plastic as the cover since it will be used throughout the marching season.

I like to have one of these handy anytime I go anywhere. Great for writing down ideas or projects I want to work on. I just wish it was lined of both sides instead of just one side.

I use the spiral bound index cards as my food diary. I log in each day on the card and list what I eat for each meal. I also log in my weight for each day. I keep it in the kitchen and I never lose it. It is a great small tool for a food diary!

When you buy 3 spiral-bound index card booklets and need only one spiral bound index card booklet you are losing site of the goal which is to buy only what you need. You keep them on the shelf until I need them.
