Mailing lists made easy

Since time immemorial, I've been printing my mailing labels for my business with a dot-matrix printer. When time marched on without me and left my dot-matrix printer in the ashbin of irrelevance, I had to move to an inkjet/all-in-one Brother printer that would interface well with my Mac laptop...and then I needed labels that would work in them. When I first tried it out, ease of use on the website was very, very dicey and this would have been a different review. However, Avery has improved the template process and it is a lot easier. My last mailing took less than ten minutes to upload my merged files and print out the labels...as opposed to a few hours the old way. It took a bit of time to figure out the exact settings (for instance, I need to adjust the print setting 5/32" downward) but, now that I've finally figured it out, future mailings should be a breeze!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use these to address my catalogs, address my mailings, and at home to label my kids items! They always stick and look clean and professional!

As an elementary school teacher, I pass out 25 text books to students the first day of school; one for reading, one for science, one for social studies, and one for math. By the 3rd more than half the class has misplaced it within the classroom or traded with a friend. All I did was print out their names on these labels, 4 copies, and place them on the inside cover of each textbook. When a lost textbook was found all I did was open the front cover and BAM that student's name was in the front cover and handed back to them. I wish I had thought of this 5 years ago when I started and had to deal with misplaced books and his book no her book arguments!
