Easy peel means just that...easy peel

I handle a lot of events with multiple steps in paperwork - labels being the first and the most critical in terms of time and effort to get the invitation out the door. I can watch as I and other folks here struggle with off-name labels when doing pages and pages of them. Avery products do the trick, no jams in the printer or the copier ever and you don't have to start in a certain order just to get one of the labels going to access the rest of them. It prompts me to go and buy them instead of using what's in the "supply" catalog - it makes good business and time mgmt sense.

I order the 5160 Easy Peel Labels about every 3-4 months. On my last order I just clicked on 5160. Placed my order and guess what? I received the wrong label. It was not the "Easy Peel". My mistake. Easy Peel is designed to work with our Avery label Peeler Machine. When I called Customer service I was put on hold for the next available representative. A voice came on to tell me that I was third in line. I could leave my name and number or stay on the line. I choose to stay on the line. Within a minute or so I was customer number 2. Then shortly after that customer number one. I explained what I did, and the customer service rep. took care of everything. He was very pleasant and understood what happened. No Hassle, I returned the labels, re-ordered the correct labels and received a credit for my error. I was treated very well. Thank you, AVERY, for hiring good people with great customer service skills.

Product okay but finding a template is impossible

I thought I was going to save time and effort by buying this and simply downloading a working template. WRONG!!! I'm better off just using old mailing labels and not spending any money on Avery products.
