how do I get a carrier

This product is exactly the size I want, however it didn't come with a laminating carrier and you don't sell the carrier for this size laminate. I can only find this size on amazon for an additional cost. It would be nice if a carrier came with the package or I could get a carrier from you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there! Thank you for contacting us. Are you able to clarify which laminator machine you are using? Fellowes pouches and newer laminating machines no longer require the use of a carrier pouch.
