The thermal paper is of very good quality and stands up better than other brand name companies. I find Staples items sometimes much better quality and much more affordable than brand name items. Ordering these items online makes it so much more convenient for our office to keep well stocked. And if we have any questions or problems our dedicated account manager (Cathy Currie) is always ready to help us find what ever we need. and so happy we have had products priced matched to make us want to buy more from Staples.

The paper fits and works well enough but the ink doesn't come through as black and has a more light gray blueish color but the price was right. I would consider buying a different brand in the future.
