Love theses pens they don’t smear like the Pilot Pens do.

Only pen I use anymore tough and durable they stand up to the daily abuse of a truck driver and I like gel ink for it doesn't freeze in the winter time when I need a delivery signed for and its 20 below outside... And they look good doing it...

I am so impressed with this pen that although my employer will buy pens for us I buy my own just so I can get this fantastic pen! I share with everyone how great it is but I won't share my pen! LOL

They have changed the "feel" of the pen....it is thicker not as comfortable in my hand. Very disappointing won't be ordering again.

Half of my box of 12 pens 6 of them were dried up. So frustrating!! Still my favorite pen as I write a great deal everyday. I just hope they replace the entire box at thos point. I do have to call Customer Service for help replacing my dried up pens. One more thing to do! Should have been good thr first time!

These pens are full of ink but might be damaged because they don't write continuously.
