DID NOT WORK!!!

I Hun a 3lb picture and frame with 5lb capacity hooks. needless to say but I have a a spot on my wall with the paint torn off and shattered glass and a broken frame from the picture I tried to hang using "Damage-Free Hanging Hooks". And yes, I followed the instructions to a "T" but now have more damage then if I had out some nails in the wall.

Thank you for your review of our Large Picture Hanging Strips. We recommend using the Command™ Picture and Frame Hanging products for your purposes. Our general purpose hooks will hold the picture frame too far out from the wall, which may cause failure, and in some cases, pull the paint off of the wall’s surface. We noticed that you commented on using the 5 lb capacity hook; however the review is for our Command™ Large Picture Hanging Strips. Did not Work

We tried these to hang photos in our hallway and what we wound up with was broken picture frames from them falling off the wall within a week. Nice thought but wound up being an expensive venture for us!

Wedding Photos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were married in July and got or wedding photos back, lots of wedding photos. She wanted all of them hung, everywhere in the house. With a few packs of Command strips, a level, and a tape measure. I was able to hang 15 photo frames of different sizes and shapes in no time at all. Only problem is now she wants my to hang other stuff since she saw how easy it was for me. Either way thanks for saving my Saturday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought the picture hanging strips to hang a bunch of pictures in our camper. Because as you know the walls are not that thick in a camper. Well they worked great. You have to make sure you clean every side good it tells you that on the package. But let me tell you it is simple and they hold fantastic. What is really nice is you can adjust the picture if your wife puts it up crooked "hehe" or maybe the husband. That in itself is a great reason to buy them not a one time shot you can remove and straighten them. If you move the pictures or take them down "NO HOLE".

great alternative to nails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! It's so simple to use, and eliminates the holes through my plaster walls. the velcro-like strips have great holding power and can help with making a picture level, easy on and off.
