The staples are fine the stapler is problematic. It comes with no instructions about how to load it and it's not easy to figure out. I thought the red tab at the back was a throwaway piece of packaging. Instead it's supposed to help you open the stapler for loading. So I put it back in. But often when I staple something the tray of staples pops out as if it neds reloading.
