Not sure why a review is needed but hey - these are staples. When put into a stapler and the stapler is pressed the papers in the stapler are bound together. So far none of the staples have not joined the pages. I have had no incidents of spontaneous generation of human life and no explosive decompression. So on the whole they fit expectations.

These work okay but very hard to use. Apparently I needed a "stapler" as well. Clerk should have explained this so I didn't have to go back to the store.
