It's long slim and really powerful. I never need to put it like a regular stapler and push down to accomplish the action I just squeeze it a little at it automatically does the rest and will go through multiple sheets of paper. BEST EVER! And there is noting to dislike!

I needed it. So ya I recommend it to others. Staples has ALWAYS been there and I never had any problems with Staples. Just one question. How do I get rid of the used up ink cartridges that I have? Since Staples in Beaver Dam is a drive from here. It's to far to drive just to get rid of 10 ink cartridges at a time. Beaver Dam is approximately 35 to 40 miles from here

I had gone to another store closer to me. Their service was nil. The drive to Staples was well worth the extra miles. I was waited on with a smile and directions to where the product was located that I needed. When I had a question on how to load the stapler the clerk not only told me how to do it but she did it for me. From there on I was ok and the time she gave me was great.
