In this business we maintain numerous personal and business files and records as well as templates for recurring forms of various types for recording numerous products being donated. We also record food give away products and maintain records for auditors verification when necessary. Various activities require the taking of photographs as a historical record of such activities. I truly desire uniformity and continuity in my daily activities so it holds true with my filing preferences; the file folder from Staples fills that requirement and pleases me to no end when I review my filing system. Two thumbs up!

Meets basic needs

I purchased these folders to hold handouts for a presentation. This value pack holds plenty. Since the presentation was given to homeschool moms I also gave out sets of 6 as part of my door prizes. My business use is also personal! These folders are the standard manila color but I customize the folders with a variety of labels. I use these types of folders to organize nearly everything: schoolwork inboxes/outboxes grocery circulars documents destined for copying etc. I will buy these again when this box is empty.

Colored File Folders

I purchased these rather than the manila colored folders this year because I have several companies that need files. The multi-colored folders allow me to easily pull the correct company file out when I need to go into my files. Most times I pull files out and when they were in the manila colored folders I usually ended up misfiling one company's bills and/or invoices with another company's files. Unfortunately each company does business with many of the same providers so a better system was needed to keep each company separate.This just makes more sense for me.

Needed more folders and found these. Box of 100 is a great value. Bought 2 of these to change all my files over. Should last for a while!
