Paper Clips All Over the Carton

All was good with one exception. The box of 100 Jumbo Paper Clips was mangled and the Jumbo Paper clips were all over the shipping box.

the file folder material is not as thick/sturdy as I would have liked. Next time I will go into Staples when I want to purchase file folders.

Thin poor quality

I am incredibly disappointed at the quality of Staples® Manila File Folders Letter 3 Tab Assorted Position 100/Box Item: 116657 Model: 116657 They are thin and cheaply made. In my business I will be required to keep files for as many as 10 years - doubt these are going to "stand the test of time"
