It comes BROKEN

I was looking forward to riding on my new e bike which was meant to be my new means of transportation to work and through the city. However, I was surprised to see that the very display for the bike itself came broken. The glass is cracked with dead pixels. If this is the quality that can be expected from this product, then stay far away from this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the bike only thing that is annoying is I can't raise the handle bars there a bit low. Moves super fast and I have enjoyed it so far

First bike had a broken computer on it. Second bike was missing bolts. Best Buy was amazing in helping get the bike going and to deal with. My son loves this bike. Easy to put together and know issues with the exception on the missing and damaged parts

bought a refurbished unit with 34 km already on it, so far put on another 30 km. only problem that i have had so far is that the gear shift indicator shows that it is in 2nd gear when it when it actually is in first gear. i find it hard to manuever at slow speed. otherwise ive been very happy with its performance and have no other problems. great bike for getting into ebiking on a budget and highly recommend.

It’s been an excellent E bike. I bought it at the end of last summer and I was on it a few times before the snow, but my personal vehicle is experiencing mechanical issues and I don’t have the money to fix it so my eBay has become my main source of transportation, I put a rack on the vs k of the bike. I’ve been using it for grocery runs and running errands and just getting around when I wanna get somewhere so I don’t wanna risk driving my truck with the bad bc axle. The range is excellent. The pedal assist is excellence as well.

We bought blutron electric bike eb550 from best buy Winnipeg. It's a great bike. Battery back up is good. It's quick & stylish too. Will recommend. Keep it up Blutron.

We bought this e-bike & it's very good. Battery stays as described. Solid build. Not very light neither heavy. Great quality.
My son really likes it. We bought & surprised him e-bike on his birthday.
