The only major problem with my otherwise excellent Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 is that - when opened wide it is too difficult to hold in the hand for very long. Samsung should Not rely on third party companies to make whatever phone case design that would best solve this serious problem. Available cases are either too bulku (get rid of the pen holder at the hinge), or lack a flip-out kickstand that is also comfortable to the side of a finger. G 2024/04/04
Wanted to love this phone. I've ordered several cases to protect it because of the high price tag. Disappointed ever time. Even the otterbox. The end result, I have a broken screen. So disappointed!!!

The phone is horrible and not worth it. The film on the inside starts to come apart and becomes very dirty, the battery life is awful, and the inside screen has a big black line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a previous Note user, I've always liked bigger screens. The fold line seemed tempting but I avoided it until the fold 5. They did a good job minimizing the gap to near zero. It is comfortable to use. I do spend most of the time with it open as the front display is smaller than what I'm use to in a note and has limitations, like no s-pen compatibility. The screen size is awesome for games, streaming, and more, especially when traveling.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a sleek and elegant device! The form factor and thinner outside screen allows me to quickly navigate through the phone one handed a breeze while the main inner screen provides an immersive entertainment experience when you have a few minutes. The ability to multitask with this is insane and I still don't think I've reached it's true potential yet. Best phone I've ever had so far!
