[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled when Samsung introduced the new Galaxy AI software for my Galaxy Fold 5!!! I have enjoyed using it so much that I went ahead and pre-ordered the new Fold 6. I love the versatility that Fold has compared to all the other models since you can interact with the front screen or impress people when you suddenly unfold it to the nice large view for more versatility. I have found that my productivity is much better when I utilize the larger screen which makes multitasking so much easier.
I have been a die hard loyal Samsung fan who upgrades my phone at least once a year! Samsung has excellent quality products and I have ventured into purchasing all of their other product lines for my appliances, televisions, soundbars and tons of earbuds, tablets and even the laptops. I also have been a part of various invitation only panels to submit my honest review in exchange for a free or discounted product which I always love to receive. Samsung recruiters need to reach out to me to join the internal Samsung reviewers panel as well.

This is my second fold phone, I do not think I can ever go back to a normal phone. It's like having a small tablet when needed. Even better than a tablet because of the way you can hold in both hands and easily type.

DO NOT BUY FOLD SERIES IT HAS SERIOUS DESIGN FLAW

Warning!!! Do not bother buying fold series. It has serious design flaws. over normal use it eventually you will have broken flex cables behind the main screen which will resulted in broken wifi or sound. I own this phone use it very carefully with no physical damages what so ever, but the wifi just stopped working with no apparent reasons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had the fold 4 but the wifi stopped turning on so I upgraded to the 5 and love it.
I'm a golf course assistant superintendent and expose these phones to some harsh conditions. Exposed to sand daily and I've never had an issue with the hinge or scratches on my screens.

Great Features, Awesome screen

I love this phone especially the screen on the inside, I had the 3 and now the 5. I recently experienced the black line in the crease of the (Z fold 5) phone. Once that happens you can't use the inside screen at all. I am getting a replacement instead of a different phone because the features and the screen I just can't go back to a regular screen. I am not sure how the black line appeared I have heard that happening to people but with the first fold I had I dropped that thing so many times and NEVER experienced any problems, so I thought the 5 would be the same except this time I NEVER dropped it at all, so for the line to come across the screen like that I was disappointed. The black line on the fold 5 is not an end all be all for me, so I am gonna continue to rock out with this phone and pray it don't happen again.
