Great potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the galaxy AI to be very helpful. I loved having this phone for a short time. I did find that the screen was easily damaged if dropped when the fold was open or the risk of UV damage when i was on my phone on a sunny day for about 20 minutes.. The cases available certainly helped and the size of the phone was impressive and suited all my needs. All in all, a great product.

This Z Fold5 phone has been my best phone yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone mostly for work and I love that I can have multiple screens open. Also the gaming and watching videos at night are streaming really fast, so there really enjoyable. When I use the AI I get the answers really quickly that helps me with work and at play. I am thinking seriously at the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 because I enjoy the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 so much.

Was skeptical, now a huge fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely skeptical of the "fold" technology when I first heard about it several years ago, thinking "I'll never get one of those" and "There's no way that will last " as I am a heavy phone user throughout any given day. Now, I'm a huge enthusiast and love showing the device to friends when taking pictures or video. I'm also slightly weary of AI but have found the integration of a Galaxy AI to be seamless and widely helpful. Very impressive device, easy to learn and use, and probably the most useful phone I've ever had! Highly recommended!

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't too sure if I really wanted the fold 5. I originally owned the z flip 3. But when I saw the fold 5 and all the features it had and the dual screen....I knew I had to have it. I have 5 children at home and I can never buy myself anything that is the price of this phone. When I was finally able to....I fell in love with the fold 5. I love how it opens up to a big screen. With 5 children....it's nice having the big screen where I can play my games and watch movies and YouTube. When I finally got update for AI feature....I wasn't too sure if I would like it. But then I learned how to use AI feature and now.....even my kids use it. But in all honesty....I do love my fold 5. I have no issues with phone freezing on me or screens not loading. I was just hesitant with folding feature but that is the best part of it. And honestly it was worth me saving my money to finally splurge on something a little pricey for myself with having 5 children and putting them first.

Multi-tasking At it's finest

Z Fold 5 is a testament to Samsung's innovation in the foldable space, with Galaxy AI adding a valuable layer of intelligence that makes the device more intuitive and efficient.

Great phone if you need a tablet/smartphone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Galaxy fold 4 for a year and loved it as my first foldable phone. I upgraded to the Fold 5 for the smaller crease and faster performance. I watch YouTube on it in tablet mode and when I need to leave, having the ability to Fold it up and put it in my pocket is amazing. The phone size is MUCH more slim than the Fold 4.
