Besides issue with fold screen, Love the phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed the Z Fold series. Previously had the 3 and now the 5. The only issue I had had is that I now have a large black line though the center of the inner screen which makes it unusable. Taking it to get it repaired this weekend hopefully.

This device has many small problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great to watch TV, watch all SNS and etc. Gaming, streaming all good. Only problem, after about a year of use, it gets a line in the middle. I have to use an insurance to replace for another refurbished phone

That can definitely be frustrating. The Flex hinge is designed to handle over 200,000 folding and unfolding cycles on average. Therefore, the device should last more than 5 years if opened and closed 100 times a day. To help you, we’d like to inform you about our Samsung Z Assurance program. If your device was purchased from an authorized distributor in the U.S. before July 31, 2024, you’re eligible for a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen. Great phone even still
