This is my first experience with the Tru Red brand. The pen size and texture are nice and comfortable. The gel ink IS pretty fast drying as advertised but I found that it feathers quite a bit on cheaper papers. And the 0.5mm is broader than my Pilot G2 0.7mm pens. I keep these pens in a cup on my desk for people to grab if they need a pen. They’re cheap enough that I don’t mind if I don’t get them back. Would really like a true 0.5mm.
