Hanging File Folders in colors

I use the colored file folders and the hanging files for genealogy purposes. Red for men blue for women green for sons and yellow for daughters.

The are falling apart in my file cabinet. The glue that hold the bar in just simple comes unglued and our household temperature is kept at 72 degrees. I need to return them.
