use of my folders

The files turned out to be just what I needed. The legal size gave me more room for all my letter size documents. The other letter size folders were getting stuck and hanging up on the sides of the drawer. This works great now. I was worried about the quality and it turned out to be sturdy enough for what I am using them for. I would have liked some different colors but the green will be okay for now. I am also using 1 of the drawers to put some of my tools into. This will free up my closet for other things.

Normally when I purchase the Staples products they are as good as name brand stuff but I have one suggestion for this one.. When I open up the box two of the metal hangers fall out... Think you need to use a little strong glue when you put them together... Of course I just picked up the Staples Stapler and put the rod back in but just thought you might want to know... Better Glue for a very good product other wise.

it is often difficult to find over sized file folders---i.e. 9 x 14 legal size. these were expensive when compared to the big box stores but they often don't have the sizes you need and often they pull apart after just a few uses. most things i have bought fro Staples are of better quality and usually last longer but then you have to pay more for that step up. i would recommend this product to other who are looking for a durable file folder and one where the company stands behind it. all in all this was a good buy.

You get what you pay for

I bought these folders as an alternative to the more expensive name brand I was used to working with. I ended up returning both boxes I had purchased as these items are very poorly made. The glue that is supposed to hold the metal bars in place was nonexistent and the folders were literally falling apart in the box.

don't slide very well

we purchased these folders along with a brand new cabinet and they "stick" (don't slide well) we thought at first it was the drawers in the cabinet however the older hanging folders do not hang up like the new ones do.

Staples Colored Hanging File Folders

Used these for a client organizing her office files. They work perfectly with the colored file folders and offers client easy access to finding what she is looking for. I only wish you offered more colors as in some cases there is room for more than 5 categories for colors. Would love to see white pink fuscia baby blue or coral as other options. Allows client more streamlining. However what I have accomplished looks fantastic and client is happy. Couldn't have done it without the great folders.
