These are a wallet-friendly way to get my files in better order. They are certainly thinner material than the name-brand ones I've used in the past but they are functional. I would not call these "heavy duty" but for filing into folders I don't access on a daily basis they seem to be fine. The illustration shows that it includes purple; mine had orange instead. Not a deal breaker but not exactly like the picture either.
