Love how the mint isnt overpowering, and how relaxing it is to sit and sip this great tea.

This herbal tea is the perfect tea to relax with. It has helped me and my famiy on nights where we had trouble sleeping. Great tea if you become jetlag.

Too strong for me...had trouble sleeping. The serenity tea is way better!

My husband and I are new Keurig owners. My husband has sleep apnea and usually drank chamomile tea at bedtime. I now enjoy this as well and it truly helps both of us to relax for a better nights sleep.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile, Relaxing, Soothing, Fresh, Refreshing
Cons: WEAK

weight loss drinking tea

i bought my daughter in law a keurig coffee pot. she travels alot. and is currently on a diet. . I got her the green samples to try. and she loves it , she also lost an extra 3lbs. and was thrilled. so WE found out alot of stores do not carry the tea. so now I am ording some more.

Most relaxing tea

I drink this tea every night before bed. It helps me wind down after a long day. I have loved this tea since I was a young kid and still do to this day.

This tea is perfect after a long day when you really need to relax. Tastes great with a little honey. I usually sit in bed while I drink it so I'm all ready for bed when I'm done. Always gives me a great night's sleep!
