For a long time this tea has been one of my all time favorites and my go to tea for stress relief, relaxation, rainy days, calming before bed and cozing up with a good book. A Perfect blend with mild soothing flavor that lends itself to comfort.
Pros: Fresh, Soothing, Aromatic, Smooth Body

I just purchased my Keurig and am trying the endless flavors of Kcups. Celestial Seasonings teas have so far been my most favorite selections. The Sleepytime Herbal Tea is delicious. The chamomile is such a relaxing aroma that eases my mind and the hint of spearmint is a surprisingly soothing addition. It's in all a perfect combination for a before-bed sip of tea. Although, I might suggest a six ounce serving to make the overall light flavor of the tea be a little bit more concentrated.

So far this is my favorite k cup I have tried. I am still willing to sample others but this will definitely be a constant in my house.
Pros: Aromatic, Smooth Body, Soothing, Fresh, Unique Flavor Profile, Convenient

Love this tea! I sometimes have a hard time sleeping at night, or at least falling asleep, costing me a lot of hours of precious sleep time. I do NOT want to take pills or anything of the sort, so this natural tea with great ingredients is PERFECT! It works GREAT!!! I am already sleepy before I am finished drinking it. LOVE IT!

I love this tea in the bag, and thought it would be great with my keurig. Unfortuantely when brewed in the keurig I've found the tea is more bitter and has an unpleasant aftertaste. Very disappointed.
Pros: Soothing, Aromatic
Cons: Bad aftertaste, WEAK, Bitter
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I drink this right before bed. I do notice a bit of a difference after drinking this tea. I think the combo of chamomile and other herbs do help.
