Good taste if you like sweetener try truvia or other stevia sweetener rather than sugar

I absolutely LOVE this tea. I drink it just before going to sleep at night and I fall fast asleep. Not to mention it tastes so good!! I can't keep enough of it stocked in the house :)

I love this tea! I drink a cup almost every night. It taste better than making it with a regular tea bag. Very soothing before bedtime. Yum!

I have always enjoyed this tea during the cold weather months, but love the measurement provided in the k cup. It makes a perfect tasting 8 ounce cup of tea, and you don't have to wait for the teabag to steep. I am coming down with a cold and made myself a cup last night. It's very comforting. To me it has a hint of spearmint flavor with a touch of citrus. I love that it's herbal and doesn't have caffeine. Try it !

I was hesitant about doing teas in the Keurig. I feel that brewing and steeping tea is the only way to make it properly. Steeping brings out the flavor and all the goodness found in the leaves. That being said, I gave this one a whirl and was impressed! The flavor was perfect (I have regular sleepytime tea also, so I can compare) and found it to be enjoyable!
Pros: Fresh, Soothing

I enjoy a hot cup in the evening, real relaxing. It also makes for a great ice tea in the afternoon. Such a smooth taste, love it!
