I was looking for something to help me calm dawn for sleep time since I was on meds that were keeping me up late and I found this. It is so nice and great smelling. I am able to calm down and rest now.

This is my favorite of all the teas, and it tastes exactly like the teabag, amazing!

Perfect for right before bedtime to relax. I drink it almost every night to fall asleep because I have difficulty sleeping.

Great nighttime tea!

Being a bit of an herbal tea snob I was a little worried about tea in a K-cup, but this was really good. It's a bit light, but very smooth, and tastes great with just a bit of honey.

LOVE SLEEPY TIME TEA

I know some people will not agree with my comments about this tea but,i do not care. i love this tea i feel it has a lot of flavor to me,and i love it at night time it makes me so clam and relaxed i fall a sleep easy when i drink this great tea.

Found this tea in sampler and loved it. I use the 8 oz two times to get 16 ounces and use it before bedtime. Aroma and taste is relaxing and easy on stomach with many flavors all in balance w/not much sugar needed depending on your taste.

Waste of money!

This tea sounded perfect at the store! I bought a box brought it home and it tastes like plain hot water!!!!! I was really looking forward to having a hot glass of good tea, so much for that idea. Everyone talking about adding sugar, why would you add something that gives you a boost of energy to something called sleepy time?!
Pros: None
Cons: WEAK
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
