I love this tea at night before I go to bed. It helps calm you down after a long day. I think it would also be very soothing if you had a cold or sore throat.

This is my favorite hot tea. I have been buying the tea bag version of this for many years and was very excited to see this in a K-cup version because it makes it so much more convenient. My family always asks for this when they are feeling ill or have a sore throat. I like to add a little honey to mine to sweeten it. I love this stuff!

Could use a little bit stronger taste but still good as is. Did not need to add sweetener to be able to drink, simply brew and sip

The best tea out there. THe exact replica of flavor as the real tea bags. My fave for the Keureg. The indian Spice Chai is also amazing.
