I dont drink many tea I am mostly a coffee drinker but i must say when i do want a tea this tea is my absolute favorite . It relaxes me and puts me in a calm state of mind so much so that soon after finishing my cup i will fall to sleep. If you are looking for a tea to relax you . this is the one that does it for me .
