I have been drinking this tea for 20 years. Lately I have started having heart palpitations every time I drink it. Found out it has Tilia, or Linden, flowers. It is known to cause heart damage if you are a long term drinker. There should be a warning on the table. The same for Twinings Calm tea. If you plan on using the tea long term, try pure chamomile.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Even though this product is readily available at the grocery store I chose to have it auto refill. Such a great tasting product, and really helps you chill in the evening. There are others but, Chesial has the best value for price.
