Perfect for a Goodnight's Rest

I love this!!! No matter how wound and wide awake I am, this helps to soothe and relax my mind and body. Then it puts you right to sleep, and you sleep good. One of my favorites! It's always in the cabinet :)

A good calming tea

This was the first K-Cup I have ever used! It had that nice smooth soothing herbal tea taste and stayed nice and hot.
Pros: Smooth Body, Convenient, Soothing, Unique Flavor Profile, High Quality

This tea came with the variety pack when i bought my brewer. I loved it when i tried it, wish the pack came with more than 1.

Smooth, relaxing and perfect every time.

Tea is my hot beverage of choice in the afternoon or evening and most often, I don't need more caffine. This is relaxing, mild and smooth. Nice in the early evening and also I enjoy it with an occassional dessert or treat like cookies or chocolate. It goes with almost anything. I drink it straight, unless I have a cold, then I add honey. I've always enjoyed Sleepytime, but I think the K-cup is an improvement over the tea bag and brews so nicely every time.

Not a Tea Drinker

I'm not a hot tea drinker, but I received a sample of this tea with my Keurig. I actually liked it! I ordered a box right away. I love being able to have a hot drink in the evening! Be aware, the flavor is good while hot, but very weird when it's cold so drink up! The only thing that bugs me is that sometimes there will be a couple of tiny tea grounds (grounds?!) in the cup, but I'll still buy another box of this when I run out.

My Favorite Bed time Tea

it is a great tea to help wind down from a stressful day be it a hard day at the Office or just a hard day of running the kids to all their ball games, sleepy time tea is always my treat to the end of a Long Day it helps to relax me so i can have a peaceful sleep so I can be ready to go again in the morning.
