I have never had an issue buying something from Staples ... all the products I have bought I truly love. These however were the first product I wish I wouldnt have bought !! The ink dried out almost immediately in 3 of them and the other 2 wouldnt write at all ! I looked up ways to help ink pens write and nothing I tried worked and I ended up throwing them all out !

When I try to write with these pens they act like they are running out of ink so during the middle of my word it would go blank and I have to go over the word again and the manager is the one who actually recommended these pens I will never use another pen besides the pilot G2
