I have never had an issue buying something from Staples ... all the products I have bought I truly love. These however were the first product I wish I wouldnt have bought !! The ink dried out almost immediately in 3 of them and the other 2 wouldnt write at all ! I looked up ways to help ink pens write and nothing I tried worked and I ended up throwing them all out !

The TRU-RED dry gel pens are terrible. Bought a pack of 6 of them paid good money. They were not cheap. Spent all that money on them and they cannot write without skipping. They skip terribly. They are a waste of money.
