Not happy with the replacement for staples name brand ball point pens or the staff at the Greensburg PA Staples store. The pens continually smudged. tried 2 will return if possible and search elsewhere. Cannot believe Staples would replace a ball point pen with what appears to be a gel pen?

I was very disappointed as a sales clerk in the store helped me pick out these pens as the best and most often purchased by customers. They are not quick dry. AND if you are writing a lot blobs of ink fall out of the pen point and then your hand inadvertently smears it before it drys. Definitely will not buy these pens again. (Bought 2 packs).

I write a lot and as the hands age the comfort factor for pens changes as well. I tried these out in the store and that comfort level surprised me. They are substantial but not heavy balanced perfectly so the hand/wrist doesn't have to constantly compensate and the ink flow is just right with no drag or extra effort needed to maintain an even flow of words. If you are like me and have difficulty finding a pen that can be used for long documents with no pain or strain I highly recommend that you try these. And they come in pretty colors too!
