Decent but one either jammed or ran out too quickl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable grip. Easy drag on paper. Ink didn’t spread or get on my hand (i am a lefty). However, maybe I got a defunct one because the first pen used ran out of ink. It just stopped working. The second one hasn’t had any issues.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the comfortable grip, smooth glide on paper, and that the ink did not smear, especially as a left-handed writer.
We’re sorry to hear that the first pen stopped writing unexpectedly. In some cases, this can happen if air enters the ink chamber or if the ink flow becomes temporarily interrupted, which may cause the pen to stop writing even when ink still appears to be present.
You might try a couple of quick tips that can sometimes help restore ink flow:
- Scribble on a piece of scrap paper for a few seconds to help restart the ink flow.
- Gently wipe the pen tip with a tissue in case there is any dried ink buildup.
- Store the pen tip-down for a short time to help the ink settle toward the tip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great pens and they are a pretty color. I am partial to gel pens and these give everything they need to give. They are dark and juicy. They DO still smear if you touch it immediately.

Love these pens. They write very smoothly and dry quickly. As a left handed person they do not smear when I write, and they’re very comfortable to hold. I do think that there are times where the ink doesn’t fully come out, otherwise great pen.
