I'm on autoship of this mocha latte and absolutely love it. Better than all the coffee shops I've been to. Smooth creamy taste that I look forward to every day. If you love chocolate, you'll love this!!!!

We have purchased the Original Donut Shop Mocha Latte many times in the past. It has been one of our favorite Keurig flavored coffees. However, we were very disappointed with this shipment. We ordered and received 3 boxes of 20 K-cups. We have tried to use 6 K-cups out of the first box. 4 of the 6 K-cups failed to deliver a cup of coffee. The Keurig 2.0 machine locked-up on those 4 drinks. We also have several other beverages that we received from Keurig in the same and prior orders. We have no problem brewing with any of the other K-cups. I did perform the cleaning process after the first K-cup failed. That did not make a difference. The other failures occurred after performing the cleaning process, but no other beverages had any problem brewing.

I was very disappointed with this latte, as well as the other Donut Shop lattes. There was a burnt taste to the coffee and the caramel/mocha/vanilla flavor was very artificial.
