They were made with cheap thin paper with no reinforcement. They are too flimsy to be used as a box bottom folder. I replaced them with Pendaflex brand which I had not seen when I bought the Tru-Red. They are are much better quality.
These were just what I was looking for. The wide bottom allowed extra thick files to still sit at the same level as thinner ones and made it so that I didn't have to split up material into multiple files. The only thing I wish was better was the metal hanger; it really should be a little heavier-duty to accommodate the extra weight and not bend so much when sliding those files around in the drawer. But it's a very minor issue in the whole scope of what these files provide. I will still buy them!
The quality of file folder vs the expense of the file folder is totally an acceptable pick

Hanging File Folders

I wanted a folder that had more room than the normal ones due to all the paper I had from each month. Having the cardboard to put at the bottom allowed it to hold the paper so much better. I also loved the fact that it had the hangers to hang up. This makes it easier to use them. The box had 25 which allowed for 2 years since there is 12 months in a year and 1 extra one available. I think different colors would have make them easier to use. I would make them more noticeable if they had different colors.
